DETAILING:
We offer in-house detailing services. This service helps us have more accurate plans and shop drawings, cuts down on shop errors due to good communication between detailing and shop production managers, and helps us get projects in the shop quicker. Our detailing department has over 100 years of combined experience. Steven Holladay, our detailing manager, has over 30 years experience alone and has seen almost every type of steel project imaginable. This knowledge and experience leads to CSS providing quick, accurate, and dependable service on all of our projects.

FABRICATION:
Our fabrication shop includes some of the most state of the art equipment which results in faster, more accurate, and more efficiently fabricated steel. We have the Peddinghaus Beam Drill Line 1250/9D that allows us to drill up to 50" wide material. We also have two Peddinghaus band saws which enable us to saw cut up to 44" wide material.
Our press breaks allow us to bend multiple thickness of plate
We have a 1/2" shear, plasma burning tables, and numerous other types of equipment which all helps us produce an accurate yet quick product.
Our fitters & welders are committed to excellence in their field of work. Each person takes pride in their material being correct.
